Our cardamom carrot cake with golden milk buttercream is by far our most loved menu item. This spiced carrot cake has an extremely tender and moist crumb, made with local organic flour from Camas Country Mill and organic carrots from Groundwork Organics. We top the cake with a silky smooth golden milk buttercream made with heirloom single-orgin Pragati turmeric, cinnamon, and cardamom. Garnished with candied kumquat.
