6” Carrot Layer Cake

Our much loved cardamom carrot cake made with local organic carrots from Empowered Flowers Farm. This is a six inch two layer cake made with cardamom and cinnamon spiced buttercream. Instead of the yellow hue you’d find in the shop from the turmeric we’re adding a bit of natural plant based blue pigment and splattering with dark chocolate to look like a robins egg. Perfect seasonal treat to share with family! Serves 6-8.
