Rhubarb Vanilla Tart

Celebrate the wonderful mothers in your life with this beautiful & seasonal rhubarb tart. A silky vanilla creme patisserie made with organic madagascar vanilla beans topped with a rhubarb gelee and  roasted rhubarb and vanilla syrup. Inside a shortbread cookie crust. Made with local Winters Farm rhubarb. The tart is 9 inches and serves 8-10. Available for pick-up on Saturday or Sunday this weekend. Please select your pick-up date. We have less available for pick-up on Saturday than we do on Sunday. All pre-orders are available for pick-up starting at 10am.
