Strawberry Rhubarb Tart

Celebrate the wonderful mothers in your life with this beautiful & seasonal strawberry rhubarb tart. Local organic hazelnut frangipane cream baked in a vanilla shortbread cookie crust with fresh strawberries from Groundwork Organics farm and poached rhubarb from Winters Farm. Garnished with vanilla Italian meringue buttercream and edible local flowers. The tart is 9 inches and serves 8-10. Please select your pick-up date. We have less available for pick-up on Saturday than we do on Sunday. All pre-orders are available for pick-up starting at 10am.
