CAKE MENU 

January Special:  Orange Blossom Cake

Tender almond chiffon cake infused with orange zest, layered with kumquat marmalade, and vanilla-orange blossom buttercream Garnished with winter citrus and greenery.

Available gluten-free upon request. 

Winter Citrus cake

Lemon infused chiffon cake, studded with poppyseeds, soaked in buddhas hand syrup, and layered with meyer lemon buttercream and . Garnished with candied winter citrus. 

Available gluten-free upon request. 

Gianduja Marionberry

The most grown up PB & J cake imaginable. Tender hazelnut cake made with Oregon hazelnuts house-ground, layered with rich chocolate buttercream frosting and filled with house-made marionberry jam. Available gluten-free upon request. 

coconut Passionfruit 

Fluffy vanilla sponge cake soaked in a white rum and coconut milk syrup, layered with desiccated coconut, coconut buttercream, and filled with passionfruit curd. Available gluten-free upon request. 

Cardamom Carrot Cake

Moist and fluffy carrot cake spiced with cinnamon and cardamom, and layered with our silky golden milk flavored buttercream. Garnished with candied kumquat.

Not currently available gluten-free. 

 

Pistachio Olive Oil Cake

Tender pistachio olive oil cake layered with lemon buttercream and house-made raspberry or cranberry jam. Available gluten-free upon request. 


 

Classic Birthday Cake

 Vanilla chiffon cake layered with either vanilla buttercream or chocolate buttercream. House-made jam or seasonal fruit compote filling available upon request. Current seasonal filling available for January is spiced pear compote. House-made jam options are marionberry, raspberry, or citrus marmalade.

Sizes/Prices

6” cake - 8-10 servings $50 additional $10 for local greenery

9” cake -15-20 servings $75 additional $10 for local greenery (flowers will be available again in March)

Winter greenery includes, rosemary, sage, eucalyptus, pine, bay leaves, & or thyme. We do not offer any custom writing on cakes.

Payment/Pick-up

Payment for cake is due in full at least 48 hours before pick-up. Upon confirmation of your order we will send you a link to make payment via our website. Arrangements must be made for cakes to be picked-up at our kitchen or at our farmers market booth on Saturdays. Delivery is available within Portland Tuesday-Friday for $10. We currently do not offer cake orders for Sunday.

 

Additional Information

We use organic ingredients including  grains, sugars, oils, produce, nuts and chocolate. All fruit, vegetables, herbs, and flowers used in our cakes are sourced directly from local farms.  All cakes are round and have two layers. Note, our buttercream contains coconut and cashew. Please note any allergies when placing your order. All items are vegan.

date of pick-up, cake flavor, regular or gf, whether or not you would like flowers, any allergies and the size. Let us know if you have any additional questions. Please note, we require orders to be placed a minimum of five days in advance. We recommend placing orders two weeks in advance to ensure our availability.
