Rhubarb Vanilla Cake
Tender vanilla chiffon cake layered with rhubarb vanilla bean buttercream, filled with pretty pink rhubarb compote. Garnished with roasted rhubarb.
Available gluten-free upon request (will contain almonds).
Cardamom Carrot Cake
Moist and fluffy carrot cake spiced with cinnamon and cardamom, and layered with our silky golden milk flavored buttercream. Garnished with candied kumquat.
Not currently available gluten-free.
chocolate fudge Cake
Moist chocolate devil's food cake filled with dark chocolate fudge and layered with rich chocolate buttercream. Garnished with Vahlrona chocolate pearls. House-made jam available upon request.

Pistachio Olive Oil Cake
Tender pistachio olive oil cake layered with lemon buttercream and house-made raspberry jam or rhubarb compote. Available gluten-free upon request.
Classic Birthday Cake
Vanilla chiffon cake layered with either vanilla buttercream or chocolate buttercream. House-made jam or seasonal fruit compote filling available upon request. Current filling options for April are marionberry or raspberry jam, or fresh rhubarb compote.
Gianduja Marionberry
The most grown up PB & J cake imaginable. Tender hazelnut cake made with Oregon hazelnuts house-ground, layered with rich chocolate buttercream frosting and filled with house-made marionberry jam.
Available gluten-free upon request.

We source all flowers from local organic flower farmers. March flowers will be tulips.

Payment/Pick-up
Payment for cake is due in full at least 48 hours before pick-up. Upon confirmation of your order we will send you a link to make payment via our website. Arrangements must be made for cakes to be picked-up at our kitchen or at our farmers market booth on Saturdays. Delivery is available within Portland Wednesday-Friday for $10. We currently do not offer cake orders for pick-up or delivery Sunday-Tuesday.
Additional Information
We use organic ingredients including grains, sugars, oils, produce, nuts and chocolate. All fruit, vegetables, herbs, and flowers used in our cakes are sourced directly from local farms. All cakes are round and have two layers. Note, our buttercream contains coconut and cashew. Please note any allergies when placing your order. All items are vegan.

date of pick-up, cake flavor, regular or gluten-free, whether or not you would like flowers, any allergies and the size. Let us know if you have any additional questions. We will send you a link for payment via out website. Please note, we require orders to be placed a minimum of five days in advance. We recommend placing orders two weeks in advance to ensure our availability.
