CAKE MENU 

December Special: Gingerbread cake

Gingerbread cake layered with coconut cream cheese buttercream and filled with spiced cranberry compote. Garnished with candied cranberry & fresh rosemary sprigs. 

Available gluten-free upon request. 

lemon Almond poppyseed 

Lemon infused almond cake, studded with poppyseeds and layered with lemon buttercream and kumquat marmalade. Garnished with candied kumquat and lemon.

Gianduja Marionberry

The most grown up PB & J cake imaginable. Tender hazelnut cake made with Oregon hazelnuts house-ground, layered with rich chocolate buttercream frosting and filled with house-made marionberry jam. Available gluten-free upon request. 

Matcha Raspberry 

Your choice of vanilla or chocolate chiffon cake layered with local organic Mizuba matcha buttercream and house-made raspberry jam. Garnished with freeze dried raspberries. Available gluten-free upon request. 

Cardamom Carrot Cake

Moist and fluffy carrot cake spiced with cinnamon and cardamom, and layered with our silky golden milk flavored buttercream. Garnished with candied kumquat.

Not currently available gluten-free. 

 

Pistachio Olive Oil Cake

Tender pistachio olive oil cake layered with lemon buttercream and house-made raspberry or cranberry jam. Available gluten-free upon request. 


 

Classic Birthday Cake

 Vanilla chiffon cake layered with either vanilla buttercream or chocolate buttercream. House-made jam or seasonal fruit compote filling available upon request. Current seasonal fillings available for December include spiced apple compote, spiced pear compote, and vanilla poached quince. We also offer house-made marionberry, raspberry, or cranberry jam. Vanilla cake is available gluten-free.

Sizes/Prices

6” cake - 8-10 servings $50 additional $5 for local greenery

9” cake -15-20 servings $75 additional $5 for local greenery (flowers will be available again in March)

Winter greenery includes, rosemary, sage, eucalyptus, pine, bay leaves, & thyme

 

*additional $10 for gluten-free

Payment/Pick-up

Payment for cake is due in full within 24 hours of ordering. Upon confirmation of your order we will send you a link to make payment via our website. Arrangements must be made for cakes to be picked-up at our kitchen or at our farmers market booth. We currently do not offer cake orders for Sunday or Monday pick-up. 

 

Additional Information

We use organic ingredients including  grains, sugars, oils, produce, nuts and chocolate. All fruit, vegetables, herbs, and flowers used in our cakes are sourced directly from local farms.  All cakes are round and have two layers. Note, our buttercream contains coconut and cashew. Please note any allergies when placing your order. All items are vegan.
