Miso Pumpkin Pie
A creamy pumpkin custard flavored with red miso and fall spices, made from roasted kabocha (Japanese pumpkin) and red kuri squash from Groundwork Organics Farm. Baked inside a flakey, buttery 9.5 inch pie crust. Topped with roasted pumkin seeds. Store in fridge overnight. Can be served chilled or at room temperature. Contains gluten, coconut, cashew, soy (organic red miso paste).
